During my time at IGT (2017 to 2026) I manage the design and production of, on average, around 8 to 12 trade shows and events every year. These ranged from internal sales events, trainings, Customer Advisory Boards (CAB), town halls, and awards ceremonies all the way up to global customer-facing trade shows such as G2E (Global Gaming Expo) and IGA (Indian Gaming Association) for North American and ICE (International Casinos Exhibition) in Europe.
Managing these events includes concepting, branding, design, and execution. From sales and marketing collateral, to social media promotions, on-site signage, branding the wraps for our up to 20,000+ square foot booth experiences, and managing all the pre-press operations for ensuring everything looks show-ready no matter how big or how small.
Using 3D rendering software I would create a virtual space of our booth for our internal review processes so that stakeholders could clearly visualize the space and see the flow of the booth as our design evolves. This helps to understand the layout and identify obstructions due to machine placement to ensure all the most important information will remain visible.
